What should I pack?

For a successful snow skiing trip, dressing appropriately is paramount to ensure both comfort and safety on the slopes. Begin with moisture-wicking base layers to keep sweat away from your skin, preventing moisture-induced chill, we highly recommend merino wool. Layer up with insulating garments to trap warmth, and opt for a high-quality, waterproof, and breathable ski jacket and pants to shield against the elements. Don't overlook accessories such as thermal gloves, a thermal hat or helmet, and moisture-wicking ski socks to keep extremities warm. Ski goggles and UV-protective sunglasses safeguard your eyes from snow glare and harsh sunlight. Lastly, always wear a well-fitted helmet for safety, and consider a neck gaiter or balaclava for added warmth and protection. With these clothing recommendations, you'll be well-prepared to enjoy your skiing adventure while staying snug and secure.

I have food allergies/sensitivities, who do I tell?

Please communicate any allergies or sensitivities to your ALA Sales Host.

I require early check in / late check out - how can this be arranged?

Please communicate your flight details to your ALA Sales Host. We will do our best to accommodate; however, there are limited flights in and out of the Region and weather can often require early departures. The key is flexibility and going with the flow to allow for a safe arrival.

What is the cell and wifi situation at the Hotel?

Wireless internet and phone service is available free-of-charge while inside in your room, check with either your ALA Sales Host or the Hotel's Front Desk should you run into any issue.
